A call relay service is the best that is available to speak people have a hearing loss. In this way help in the ministry they are really simple and not necessary for them to get training to use this special service. Using only say this service is easier than using a TTY. Someone who already use TTY can easily be modified to get this and anyone who is new to understand them can easily use them effectively.
