There are two CLECs to provide communications services they have built their own networks and to change or they buy services from the established operators and resell to their customers.
Communications Act of 1996 passed a law in the ancient hindered competition among communications companies to allow local carriers to build their own regional networks and switches. Part of the Act also established the airline was forced to give access to national and international telecommunications access network. The Act also establishes the bearer authority to sell communications services to CLECs at wholesale prices. (Don t feel sorry for established carriers, our customers paid for their equipment during the decade of regulated tariffs.)
By their nature, CLECs to build their customer base for the region but the same services as the bearer was established: local calls and long distance (including VoIP), Internet, and cable services. Many offer packages with features that are not established additional cost carriers.
Rethinking again if your communication costs, your neighbor to CLEC the opportunity to show what they offer. Regardless of the type of CLEC (s) in your area, using one can be positive below the line.
