Twitter messages we received our letter, but do we really have contact with people who initiated the message? How often do we just hit delete and move into our next message Inbox. One that we use to receive a message from Facebook that one or want us to confirm friendship or their opinion of our posts. Did we ever answer?
Then there is the actual email messages. The first thing in the morning before rushing busy we sat down to see our Inbox. We use our scans have received the message, maybe the answer is one or two highly important and make a mental note to those who answered yet. Before we knew it ended that day, we are ready for dinner and spend the evening relaxing with our families and then get out of bed. Then the group grew to answer every day. Very often they can be removed much time has passed. Here we find rest in the chain of communication.
We certainly live in an era of advanced communications technology. We have our computer Tweets and Facebook posts, iphone, open BlackBerrys and cell phones. Do you remember when we did not have a cell phone?
Although the use of blue tooth Ilinichukua not respond within the man standing near the store when I spoke. Now we know that they're talking to someone on their phone.
If you take the kids using the park quality time with them and you get mobile text messages or how long before you forget what's going on? How many of the children before you decide that they just have not heard? You are busy and digital conversation. Face-to-face communication with your child's mess.
A great phone when we need emergency care and work put into the solution work. However, how often do you eat dinner with your spouse, or family and wish to be part of your event, and you can get the dreaded call claiming that your full attention. Communication table will come to stand! They talk, but you do not listen.
We live in a culture that demands constant connectivity without appreciating what we do in private. You can have dinner out, or home, sleep or shower in our hands holding the device and have mercy. We snap to attention.
Whatever happens we are face to face communication? I have a very dear friend who made my opinion very reasonable. He told me that not send email, or read them. Email do not tell me how you feel right, he said. How true? Indeed we can express our thoughts in an email, and even put some tone in what we say, but where the personal interactions we used to enjoy?
Another misuse of email or SMS, in my opinion, is when you go to talking about something they are not happy with the truth without taking them to put their words what they feel out there and do not much care about the other end reading. Unfortunately, because the world is a very small place and people can stay in contact more easily with digital capabilities, our personal attention to others may be lost. As soon as the words out there the damage is done, you can not bring them back.
Obviously, I am part of the digital world of communication. I appreciate reading my article. Personally, I also recognize, from the child's face, or even an adult's face, the importance of listening and hearing the truth.
In conclusion, I hope that this could encourage some people to share about your voice, your own true face-to-face communication and especially the people listening to hear what they are trying to say. We must step back and realize that dialogue, as we once knew, were declining. We also need to identify how to change the conversation and trying to put balance in our communication.
