No doubt, you have read the how-to e-mail to the front earlier. If you are given a concept now, so no need to read. However, there are some people who read this information regularly. They read and follow the instructions as their duration. But early or later fall back into old habits and remind them again. This is for the people, not necessarily for themselves. If you have some friends who forward every e-mail that comes into your inbox, then feel free to link to this article to them.
Here is the best information about 1) time and 2) how do I send an e-mail continued:
1)
Never.
As a writer, I do not know really enjoy reading your e-mail forwards. Oh, I'm not saying that the return bin. Most excellent. But as a writer, I always wondered about those tidbits of wisdom or humor writers are beautiful. Bits for every good deed of wisdom or humor that circulated on the internet is not the author of users, and still have their names never again. Are we sure that the author wanted the work to be circulated throughout the internet for free? Are we sure that the words were not from a copyrighted book or web site? If not, we really do not forward them. That's how I felt about it, however, and I wrote about this before: http://www.writing.com/main/view_item/item_id/507260
2) See answer #1 above.
This really does not need to give instructions on how to send more if you follow the rule # 1.
Okay, you re not going to stop sending e-mail to the front, right? So here are instructions on how to do it real.
If you must send an e-mail forwards, rule # 1 is to select the recipients carefully.
Never, never, never hit the front just above the e-mail and send e-mail your books. If you re like most of us, your friends are not cookie cutter people. Maybe you have some friends who only eat red meat and some who only eat vegetables. You have several friends who love the snow and others who hate it. Some of your friends that love poetry, while others only read a historical novel. Because all of your friends is different, chances are that not all of them enjoying each cutsie e-mail you receive. So, if you need to send something that you ve received your friends, be kind enough to sort out your address book data that is outside can really interested.
Always put your name to: location and your friend's e-mail address below bcc. Ever.
Do not ever, ever just type the names of all selected in the To: location in your e-mail. Why, you ask? First, by doing what you've just received an e-mail me ten or twenty or forty other people who do not know or may want to know. If only half of them before the e-mail without deleting the name and only half of those recipients do the same thing, and so on and so on Infinity, e-mail I was forwarded to hundreds or thousands of people. Man, that's not something I want to happen.
In contrast, type your own name in the To: location. And all sorts of names or e-mail address in the bcc: location. That did not cc: the location, since the defeat of the purpose put my address from the hands of strangers. No, I want to e-mail address in the bcc: location if you send something to me and several others. (That copy of the blind, if you did not know.)
Always cut and recording information about the new e-mail. Do not just before the items, because those unfortunate > > > symbol will follow along.
Now, you might think that pressing the key before deleting all the e-mail address at the top of the page, send a blind copy for yourself and your friends enough. Neither. By pressing the button before you markers to make the damn line breaks, you know > > > >. If you e-mail has been proposed several times without removing the evil, there is likely to have a lot of them. This drug is not only forward messages. Instead, cut and pasted into an e-mail new.
That's it. It's quite easy to follow instructions, if necessary, send an email to all your friends, relatives, business associates, friends, and anyone who has been lucky enough to do in your address book. Please follow these instructions, especially if you plan to send me this email.
Oh yes, and if you are receiving this e-mail forwarded and you'd like answered, please don't hit reply all button.
